Robotics and mechatronics research works based on MEMS (Micro Electro Mechanical Systems) and nano-technology are studied. Micro-, nano-scale physical and chemical phenomena are studied, and advanced integration and intelligent systems in terms of the bio-mimetic approach are fulfilled. We contribute to the society through the academic research works on milli-, micro- and nano-scale robot systems.
