Material Characterization & Mechanics Group

New evolution for material characterizations by integration of nanophysics and nanomechanics

  • Prof. Yang Ju
  • Assoc. Prof. Yasuyuki Morita
  • Assist. Prof. Yuhki Toku

The researches are conducted to evaluate healthiness and reliability of materials, devices and structures by interdisciplinary approaches based on nanophysics and nanomechanics. We also focus on the development of advanced, functional and nanoscale materials as well as the characterization methods.
